Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of brickloom’s website and the purchase of either the one-time $1 preview-to-ownership package or a recurring subscription tier. Last updated 6 August 2026.
The service
Brickloom produces a done-for-you landing page for a blue-collar or trades business, along with a ready-to-post social starter pack. Customers may purchase the deliverables outright, or add an ongoing monthly tier to keep the storefront, the social packs, and the local SEO presence current over time.
The $1 preview-to-ownership purchase
The one-time purchase begins with a generated preview of the landing page and the social starter pack, scoped around the business details you submitted. Once the $1 payment clears, ownership of every file, copy asset, and template in the package transfers to you outright.
The preview fee is non-refundable after the preview has been delivered, because the work that produces the preview has already been performed. Payment is processed by Stripe under their own terms; by submitting the checkout you also agree to Stripe’s buyer terms.
Subscription tiers
Three monthly tiers — Starter, Pro, and Growth — are listed on the pricing page. Each subscription is billed monthly by Stripe and can be cancelled any time from the customer dashboard. On cancellation, we hand over the project files and any stored credentials you ask for.
Intellectual property
Once payment has cleared — whether the $1 one-time purchase or the first charge of a subscription — the deliverables produced for your business transfer to you. Brickloom retains the right to display the work in its portfolio until you ask in writing for it to be removed.
Customer responsibilities
- The information you submit about your business is accurate and you are authorised to share it.
- Any photo you upload is either owned by you or covered by a licence that permits us to use it on the landing page and in the social starter pack.
- Content provided back to you (copy, layouts, exports) is used only for the business named in the intake.
Refunds
The one-time preview fee is non-refundable once the preview has been delivered, as described above. Subscription charges may be prorated or refunded at our discretion for unused full months, less any non-recoverable processing fees charged by the payment processor.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee specific search-engine rankings, a particular volume of leads, or a particular level of revenue from the landing page or the social starter pack.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brickloom’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is capped at the amounts you have paid us in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or the service after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Brickloom operates. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
